Items are dispatched within 1-3 business days for non pre-order items. However, please be advised that in some circumstances, shipping may take slightly longer. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping times.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order items are on hand. If you would like your non pre-order items sooner, please make a separate order.

Our site has a lot of pre-order items. This means the product has yet to be released in Korea. All pre-order products will include an estimated shipping time. Please read the product information carefully so you know when to expect your order. 

Flat rate delivery charges apply depending on your region. We ship to Ireland, the UK & all EU countries. Our shipping rates vary depending on where you are located and free shipping is available once your order meets the minimum requirements depending on your country. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

Shipping times are usually very quick for Ireland and will often be delivered next day. However, we cannot provide an exact delivery date or time, as all orders are delivered via An Post and are subject to their delivery schedules. Deliveries outside of Ireland will take longer. Please be patient while your package makes its way to you.
