We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused with all original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the return shipping costs. Opened/Unsealed items are not eligible for returns or refunds for any reason because it is not possible to resell them.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift card or special event items like signed albums. All signed album sales are final.

Please record an unboxing video of your package once you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are unable to offer any compensation for damaged or incorrect orders if an unboxing video is not provided.

The outside product covers or boxes are for protective use only. It is not grounds for refund or return if you receive packaging with minor dents or scratches. Please remember that all our products are imported directly from Korea and have a long journey until they reach us here in Ireland. Please contact us straight away if you have any issues with your order.
