What is K-pop?

K-pop stands for Korean pop music. It's a genre of popular music that originated in South Korea and has become popular around the world.

Who is Reepop?

In 2023, Reepop, founded by Rhi, became Ireland's first dedicated online K-pop store specializing in official merchandise imported directly from Korea.

Over the past 3 years, we have made K-pop merch more accessible and affordable for fellow fans in Europe, while also bringing more K-pop events to Ireland.

Reepop is a woman-run, Irish registered business and with every order and review comes more merch, more events and more opportunities for us to grow the K-pop community in Ireland.

Do you sell official K-pop merchandise?

Yes, we sell only official merchandise from the top Kpop bands and labels. Every product is imported directly from South Korea to Ireland.

What are POBs and how do I get them?

POB stands for pre-order benefit. These are extra goodies that are included in your order if you purchase an item before the day it's released. These benefits are official and provided by the company or other suppliers in Korea. Please check the product descriptions carefully to see if a POB is provided and what exactly you can expect to receive. Please note that posters are always sent out folded, as we currently have no other shipping method at this time.

What is Seoulful Supplies?

Seoulful Supplies is the exciting new project from Reepop & Barney and Jo.

As passionate photocard collectors, we’ve faced the same challenge as you: finding collecting accessories that are reliable, affordable, and still look cute! Our Seoulful Supplies journey is about making collecting easier and more affordable for K-pop fans across Ireland and beyond.

We'll be bringing a selection of budget friendly binders and sleeves to the European market so make sure to follow our journey on our socials @seoulfulsuppliesshop.

Where do you ship to and how much is shipping?

We ship to all of Ireland, the UK, and most of Europe. If you cannot choose your country when inputting your shipping address, then we do not ship there. Shipping costs depend on your location and you will be able to check shipping costs before checking out. All shipping from Reepop is fully tracked.

How long does shipping take?

In general, all orders (other than ones that include pre-order or re-stock items) will be packed up and sent out to you within 3 business days from date of purchase. However, from time to time, it can take slightly longer than the 3 day expected shipping time from Reepop. Please be patient with us while we organise shipping of your order. If you have any concerns or questions about shipping times, please get in touch with us.

Please note that if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order items are on hand. If you would like your non pre-order items sooner, please make a separate order.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Most orders dispatched to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within a day or two. On occasion, it can take longer. Please follow the tracking info attached in your dispatched order email for information on your package's whereabouts. You can track here: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search.

Deliveries outside of the Republic of Ireland will take longer to arrive so we ask that you be patient while your package makes it's way to you. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us. You will be able to track your order using the above link, also.

How are my items packaged for delivery?

Here at Reepop, we understand how important it is to keep your collectables as safe as possible while they're on their way to you. But we also want to do our part for the environment!

  • Our bubble wrap is made from re-used materials and is fully recyclable. We encourage you to re-use it where possible!
  • Our packing chips are made from vegetable starch which means they can be instantly dissolved in water, or added to your compost or recycling bins.

Ireland only (ROI & NI): If you would like an extra amount of packaging, you can choose an extra packaging option at checkout. This shipping option costs a little more than standard shipping.

What is there is an issue with my delivery?

Every now and then, your order may take a little longer to arrive than expected. This can happen for various reasons and, unfortunately, once your parcel leaves us, we must rely on An Post or other postal services to deliver it to you.

At this stage, it is not possible for us to speed up the delivery or check its location beyond the tracking information provided. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number for the latest updates. Please note that all orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey

Once you receive your order, we request that an unboxing video is recorded when opening your package for the first time.

If there are any issues with your order, please send us an email on info@reepop.ie, along with your unboxing video and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible. We are unable to offer any compensation for damaged or incorrect orders if an unboxing video is not provided.

Why is it important to read all product information thoroughly?

Reading the full product description helps ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing and when you can expect it to arrive. Some items on our site are pre-orders, which means they are not yet released and will ship to Ireland once they become available from the supplier. The product description will clearly state the expected release date and estimated arrival timeframe.

It’s also important because certain products may have specific details or variations. For example, some items listed as albums may not include a physical CD and could instead be merchandise versions or platform albums. In addition, many pre-orders may include special benefits, such as extra photocards or limited bonuses that are only available during the pre-order period.

By reading the full product information, you can make sure the item, contents, and shipping timeframe meet your expectations before placing your order.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Unopened/sealed items can be returned up to 14 days from the day of purchase if you have changed your mind. This return cost will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

We do not accept returns or refunds on opened/unsealed goods, as they cannot be resold. We are also unable to offer any compensation for damaged or incorrect orders if an unboxing video is not provided.

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note that a 5% fee will be applied to all cancelled orders. This fee is applied because we are no longer able to receive back service fees for cancelled transactions. The fee will be calculated as 5% of the total order cost.

Signed albums sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please be mindful of this before purchasing.
